This page, as is so of the whole
site, was originally intended to commemorate USAF UPT Class
69-03, K-Flight of Laughlin AFB, Texas. At the suggestion of
Kevin, we created and uploaded this "In Memoriam" page. There then
ensued a discussion as to who, to put it bluntly, ought to get
buried here, as there are many, Like Cecil Moyer, who was in
"the other flight" but was friend of many in K-Flight before he
was KIA shortly after graduation. Well, your humble Webmaster apologizes for his lack of ability,
knowledge, etc., but there is just not time to get the
information on everyone who was broadly associated with us and
who bit the bullet. I suggest if you want someone, IP, flying
buddy, or other memorialized here that you send to
webmaster@69-03.org the name, rank and
horsepower (include a graphic and pertinent date) and we will see what we can do;
most bases have tenant units, so we can do that; otherwise, there
is a big wall in DC with a lot of names on it, with which we do not
intend to compete.
